Hi! I tried installing the theme through Wordpress, but when I reached the stage to install the required plugins, the install crashed my site. I was getting HTTP 500 errors. Can you advise?

Hi, this is due to the server configuration or a security setting that does not allow to import content or install theme plugins to your server. In this case you should contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows or you can do it by yourself if you have access to cpanel:

    max_execution_time: Minimum 5000
    max_input_time: Minimum 5000
    memory_limit: Minimum 5000
    post_max_size: Minimum 5000
    upload_max_filesize: Minimum 128MB
    max_input_vars : Minimum 5000
    allow_url_fopen : ON

Those settings are located at your current server PHP version. Also, you can upload all plugins manually. They are located at your puchased package. Follow next steps:

    Download your theme.

    Extract theme file.

Open theme folder oxie.zip and all plugins are located at theme_folder/plugins.

Let me know if you have any other questions, I would like to help you.
